Our house rules exist to protect everyone and create an environment where real recovery can happen. They are not punishments — they are the foundation of a safe, accountable home.

Sobriety & Substances

  • Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol on premises
  • All medications must be disclosed and stored securely
  • Relapse handled on a case-by-case basis with compassion
  • No paraphernalia of any kind permitted

Daily Schedule & Meetings

  • Mandatory attendance at weekly house meetings
  • Required participation in an outside recovery program
  • Daily chores must be completed before leaving
  • Curfew strictly enforced — times set by house manager

Kitchen & Common Areas

  • Each person purchases and stores their own food
  • Dishes washed immediately after every meal
  • No grease or oil poured down drains
  • Meals in kitchen/dining area only — light snacks in TV room

Bedrooms

  • Beds made and rooms tidy each morning
  • No visitors permitted in bedrooms at any time
  • Bedroom doors must remain unlocked
  • No bedroom televisions

Visitors & Guests

  • All visitors must be pre-approved by house management
  • All visitors must be sober at all times
  • No visitors before 7 AM or after 9 PM
  • Common areas only — no bedrooms or private spaces

Conduct & Respect

  • Mutual respect required toward all members and staff
  • No gang-affiliated clothing or substance-related attire
  • Keep music and TV volume low at all times
  • Smoking permitted in designated outdoor areas only

Laundry

  • Laundry hours: 8 AM – 9 PM daily
  • One load at a time — remove promptly when done
  • Empty lint trap after every dryer use
  • Use warm/cold or cold/cold water only

Vehicles & Parking

  • One vehicle per licensed member
  • Vehicle must be registered, insured, and in good condition
  • Park only in assigned spaces
  • Respect neighboring properties at all times
